Ghirardelli is the only cocoa powder we use at our house. It's very flavorful for making chocolate milk or hot chocolate - far more flavorful than any other brand of cocoa we've had. It isn't loaded with harmful fats or with lots of calories either, especially if you mix it with Splenda instead of sugar. It's a great way to have chocolate without guilt.
